How it works

You run it under your brand — your clients never see ours.

Replica is the chatbot platform your agency resells as its own service. This page is the whole business model: the six steps to a paying client, who sees what, and why the gap report keeps the retainer renewing.

The sequence

From your logo to a paying client in six steps.

Six is the honest number. Each one happens inside your own console, under your own brand — nothing here requires a developer after step four's two-line snippet.

  1. 01

    Set your branding

Your wordmark, your colours, your login domain. Every screen your clients will ever touch takes your identity — the name Replica disappears entirely.

  2. 02

    Add a client

Create an account for the business — Northlake Dental, Harbor & Finch Law, whoever signed. Each client is a sealed space: its own bots, its own data, its own people.

  3. 03

    Feed its knowledge base

Drop in the client's documents — refund policies, service agreements, FAQ sheets, their own site URL. Ingestion runs queued → parsing → chunking → embedding → ready, and you watch each state happen.

  4. 04

Drop the widget on their site

Two lines of script on the client's domain. The widget is isolated and cross-domain, wears that client's colours, and starts answering from their knowledge base the moment it loads.

  5. 05

    Hand them their own login

Your client signs in to your platform and sees their conversations, their analytics, their gap report — a product that looks like something your agency built for them. Because, to them, you did.

  6. 06

    Send them the gap report

Every period: how much the bot deflected, what that saved in support time, and the exact questions it answered poorly, clustered by topic. That report is the invoice's justification — and next month's work order.

The model

Three layers. You only manage the top one.

Your agency sits on top, your clients sit below you, their end customers sit below them. Value flows down as answers; money flows up as retainers. Each layer sees only the brand above it.

Layer 3 · end customers

Prospective clients asking intake questions — the widget carries the law firm's name.

Layer 3 · end customers

Homeowners requesting quotes after hours — answered under Verdant's brand, not yours.

Your platform cost is a flat monthly plan. What you bill each client on top of it is your decision, and your client never sees the difference. That spread is the agency's margin.

White-label, literally

Same product. Two different names on the door.

You see the whole roster. Each client sees only itself — under your agency's brand.

The client's view carries your agency's platform brand. The word Replica appears nowhere a client can reach.

Why the retainer renews

The gap report is a loop, not a deliverable.

Most agency services get questioned at renewal. This one arrives with its own proof: a dollar figure the client already felt, plus a concrete list of what to teach the bot next — which is next month's work, already scoped.
